ORDINARY PERSON: RAFAEL TUAZON, street sweeper
A 22-year-old with a child graduated from high school and never entered college, Rafael taught us the essentials in life: to be appreciative with what we have and to study hard. He was able to share his life- how he struggled with his ex-wife to raising his only child along with supporting his family.
